Stir fry chicken

Ingredients:

2 Chicken breasts

2 tbsps Cornflour

80 g Sugar snap peas

1 Yellow pepper, sliced

1 Red pepper, sliced

2 Cloves of garlic, minced

4 tbsps Soy sauce

2 tbsps Cider vinegar

2 tbsps Sweet chilli sauce

2 tbsps Tomato ketchup

40 g Soft brown sugar

80 g Spring onions, sliced

1 Red chilli, sliced

Instructions:

Slice the chicken breasts into strips.

Add cornflour and completely coat the chickenstrips.

Fry the chickenstrips over medium/high heat until golden/brown.

Add the sugar snap peas, yellow pepper and red pepper.

Stirfry for a few minutes.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add Soy sauce, Cider vinegar, Chilli sauce, Ketchup and brown sugar.

Bring to boil.

Add the spirng onions.

Take off the heat.

Serve with noodles.

Add sliced chilli's.
